Fee Engagement

Parents and Guardians of prospective and returning students who want to obtain a Fee Engagement should follow the following procedure prescribed by the University.

FEE ENGAGEMENT PROCEDURE Negotiation:

Parents/Guardians who are interested in obtaining a fee engagement have to do so at the Office of the Vice President of Finance. The parent/guardian will have to sign the Initial Deposit Payment Agreement form after which he/she will be given a copy before payment can be made into the bank. The copy of this document is a proof of what has been agreed to enable the parent/guardian to pay as Initial Deposit.

Collect Form:

Once the deposit is paid, the parent/guardian will then present the receipt of payment made in the bank to the Office of Admissions and Enrolment Management before collecting and filling the Fee Engagement Form in three(03) copies. The form will be retained by the Office of Admissions and Enrolment Management for processing.

The parents/guardians shall then be informed after three business days by SMS or email for them to pick up the forms after processing in the Office of Admissions and Enrolment Management.
